The Typographic Pledge
(place your hand over your heart)

1. I will not stretch or squish type.
2. I will not outline type.
3. I will not stack type.
4. I will use prime marks and quotation marks appropriately.
5. I will appropriately use hyphens, en dashes, and em dashes.
6. I will honor the classic families of type.
7. I pledge not to commit crimes against typography.
