The name of the image is defaultimage.tiff.

Seems to be present only in newer versions of the ProKit framework. It should be there if any of Apple’s Pro apps (Aperture, Final Cut Express, etc) has been recently updated.

This image is in Leopard, too.

Two web design trends that are increasing in popularity.

First- a stripe with a rounded rectangle just before the logo/header area, usually containing some sort of content

The other- thin line with a thick ending.
